The people have spoken, Pomppa backorders are open! 🥳

🧐Please be aware, I've updated my site to reflect the current availability from Finland. Sometimes by the time the order goes in, one or two items may be unavailable, mostly in the run out colours (ie. Petrol). If something says "out of stock", that means as of right now there is none available in Finland. You're welcome to contact me to confirm and I'll do my best for you.

🤓I will not be placing this order until I get at least 10 -15 orders to cover the freight charge, so if you want it right away, I can't promise a delivery date (likely some time in July). Likewise, if you sit back and miss out, you may be waiting a few months for the next one so please don't hesitate.

😎Some coats are now available with a harness model, so please make sure you're choosing the right one. I order on demand, so am unable to return or swap if you make a mistake.

🥸If you're not sure about size, drop me a message and I'll do my best to help. (I recommend going up a size in the Jumppa if you're not sure)

Those who know me well know I have a puller! Soda pulls like a freight train - like her life depends on it. 🚂
I've found traditional style haltis not great as she doesn't have enough of a "stop" on her nose, and they pull up into her eyes. 👀
Enter the magical Haltermate! I find this much better - doesn't pull into her eyes, and she can't pull it off with her raccoon paws. It also doesn't pull her head to the side like the traditional styles which risk neck soreness and injury.

For those of you patiently waiting, this explains why our LifeWise supply has been delayed. Hopefully not for much longer!

** UPDATE **

To our loyal customers,

We wish to start by saying thank you for your support of our Australian Made and Owned business and brand. LifeWise has come a long way in the last 5 and a 1/2 years and we couldn't have done it without you all. We have had some amazing growth over the years, but last year was even more successful than we ever anticipated. With growth in sales in mind, we increased our capacity at the beginning of 2023 to plan for these increased sales, however, we have even exceeded that increase! Whilst this was very exciting, it was also very stressful as we ran out of many of our diets. This also happened at possibly the worst time of the year when our factory closes for annual maintenance.

It became obvious in early December that the remarkable increase in demand for LifeWise products was going to exceed our ability to supply, so work commenced on increasing our production capacity. As you can imagine, rapid increases in production where ingredient supply has up to 4 months pipeline fulfilment can be problematic, and this has caused the current shortage.

We are here to let you know that this stock shortage will be short lived and there is light at the end of the tunnel. We have implemented measures to double production and this manufacturing has already commenced, stock will begin to become available next month.

Whilst we can well understand the disruption caused by the current shortage, all we can do is apologise most sincerely and profusely whilst assuring you we are making every effort to ensure production capacity going forward will be more than adequate to meet demand. Quite frankly, we never anticipated such a massive increase in demand as experienced during the last couple of months would occur.

If you have adult dogs who cannot find their normal adult food, Biotic Skin, Biotic Joint or Biotic F.A.S. Calm are great alternatives in the interim (pending the dog's current health). Always remember to do the slow transition between foods if you are changing diets.
