Oh baby!!

We sure have a lot of them at the moment 🫣

These babies came from a recent surrender there were 11 females 7 were pregnant. 😳

These cuties will be gracing our adoption album in the next 3-4 weeks 🥰

A gentle but firm reminder to not purposefully breed your piggies. The survival rate of the sow is 80%. If you love your piggies- do not risk them becoming the other 20%. 😭

We have been waiting since: September 2024

Max is a sweet little white albino piggie. He's a little shy but enjoys snuggles once comfortable. When happy and playful, Max popcorns with pure abandon 🥰

Floyd is the more adventurous of the boys. He's fast and furious, getting into mischief with or without Max! Floyd is a clever piggie, he's learnt a few tricks that earn him special treatment and extra food!

Both boys are good eaters, enjoying capsicum, cucumber, celery and corn, especially the husks! They always let us know if they're out of hay!

These two had a hard start to life, but now they are ready to live the remainder with love, cuddles and lots of food 🐹🐹

Meet the cutest, sweetest little trio!

Lyra (top left) is the quietest of the 3 and the most likely to happily sit on your lap and be fed like the goddess she is 🥰

Harriet (bottom left) is quite the sass queen, and although doesn’t like to be handled she is an absolute delight to watch! As well as enjoying head pat’s inside of their pen! She is definitely the most confident of the three and doesn’t mind being the centre of attention 🫣 She also is VERY food motivated 🐷

Alfalfa (bottom right) is very gentle however is more skittish, but with some patience she could easily become a snuggle bug. 🐛

Onyx

The baby of the two. He has black fur with splashes of brown on his face and strands of silver down his back! 😊

This gorgeous boy is the more timid one of the pair. He prefers to touch the food when Sausage has checked it for “quality” and will sn**ch it off Sausage 😂

He is still getting used to people but will settle on your lap and can always be bribed with crunchy carrots and capsicum. He loves to have Sausage around and wheeks for him when separated. 🥹

Sausage is a big ball of cuteness and is like a chonky bar of brown chocolate. 🍫

He is very used to people and kids, and will settle on your lap because he knows he will get nice gentle pets.

He used to boss his former cage mate around, but since meeting Onyx, he has turned into a softy. ☺️

He likes to check on his little buddy whenever Onyx gets scared and will reassure him that they’re ok, food is coming soon!

He will eat nearly everything including Onyx’s leftovers. 🫣

There is a misconception that female piggies are better than male piggies 😮

So here are just 7 reasons why when considering adopting piggies- to not look past our beautiful boys 🐹💙

1. Male piggies cannot get pregnant- so the risk with two (confirmed) male piggies surprising you with extra baggage is nil! 🐹

2. Male piggies are often larger than female piggies meaning more to love! 🥰

3. Male piggies are much less skittish! You will find they are the first to come out and say hello (and wheek for food!) 🥒

4. Although male piggies require regular boar cleaning, female guinea pigs can get reproductive tumours that require surgery. Male piggies also tend to live longer than females.

5. Yes! That’s right- unlike us humans, male piggies are known to be smarter than females 🫣 Which means you could possibly teach them a thing or two!

6. They are no where near as fussy with their food choices!

7. Male piggies are much more confident, bold and chill. They will bond with their humans much faster and easier than female piggies.

This is PipSqueak. Just like his name he is full of delightful squeaks showing his appreciation for your affection. He is cuddly, snuggly and really gentle. He enjoys snuggling up close with you. Is a lover of green leafy vegetables and having zoomies through straw/hay. 🥬🥰

This is Nugget. He is an independent guy who enjoys back and tummy scratches. Also a lover of paw massages. He enjoys a snuggle or even just if you are close by and having a yarn to him. Lover of sweet potato (only as a treat) and dozing off in his cubby holes. 🐹🥹
