Please make sure all your babies are safe tonight when the fireworks go off.

I want to take this opportunity to say "Thank you" to all of you who have supported me and my small business.
Big business can do a thousand things wrong and still keep customers but small business owners have to work harder to keep clients.
I have made mistakes this year and will probably still make mistakes next year. I have mixed appointment, forgot to send reminders, cut too short, not cut short enough. This has at times resulted in client loss. Not every groomer suits every dog. For those who I have made a mistake with but you have taken the time to talk to me about changes I can make and stayed with my salon I say "Thank you"

It was an all boy day when Bruno, Beau, Bently and Ollie came in. They are all ready for the summer heat.

Fred, Ruby, Percival, Fyfe, Chester, Ollie, Maisie and Molly came in on Friday and Saturday. With it heating up, they will all feel so much better.
Sometimes the photo shoot goes well.
Other times it doesnt. I was cought begging Chester to "Please sit for mums photo" 🤣

Winston Dakota Cookie and Charlie came in today to sit under my Christmas tree.
Some enjoy the photo shoots when they come in, some dont, then there's Dakota. She comes with her own sassy attitude and it shows. So I took advantage of it today. 🤣

Maggie and Ruby are a couple of my first clients to be groomed in my salon. They just love coming and run in to see who can get in the crate first. Not sure why because they dont have one at home. Oliver thinks his grooming time is a yoga session and insitsted I do his hygiene trim while he lay flat on his back. Bailey came in for the first time with me today.

Some are more willing to take photos then others.
Sometimes I fluke a great photo, sometimes I dont.
It can be the most frustrating part of my day.
If thats as bad as my job gets, then Im winning.

Winnie, Audrey, Cassie and Treva all came in for a pamper day.
Winnie graduated my puppy program on her last visit but I didnt take graduation photos, so I took them this time.
Some love my grooming room more then others. Audrey likes her phot being taken but she is too mature to do silly photos.
Cassie doesnt love her day spa but I dont think she hates it either.
Treva always voices his disapproval from down the street but mum says you stink Treva, get in there.🤣

##### Noise Warning ##### This is my worst client. She is the reason I became a groomer. She does poo's and wee's during the groom to show her appreciation. She barks, scream, lets the neighborhood know it's bath day and dances all around my table. She is my 14 year old Ellie and I would change her for all the money in the world.
