After 7 rounds of jumping at the royal show Alan has earned himself a day off and a cryotherapy session.
This will eliminate any bruising or inflammation he is experiencing from the concussion of jumping on hard ground. Promote healing and faster recovery by increasing blood flow and flushing out toxins. This treatment will reduce the risk of future injury as well as providing pain relief. ❄️💪
