You are guaranteed your rabbits will be under the watchful eye and loving care of Kym and David, the founders of The White Rabbit Retreat. Your bunny will have his, her, or their own clean and tidy indoor air-conditioned/heated large pen to lounge around in while you are off having fun somewhere exotic (well, as much fun as you can have without your bunnies!)
Experienced caretakers. We've seen it all when it comes to rabbits and guinea pigs, we know how delicate they are and ensure they are given as much love, care and attention as we give to our own pet rabbits. We have experienced Vet’s from The Unusual Pet Vets who not only look after our own rabbits but are on speed dial if a bunny or piggy were to fall ill.
A super-clean environment. We are not afraid of cleaning and as such our rabbit pens are always kept spotless. We routinely use F10 (vet grade disinfectant) to disinfect all rabbit surroundings, toys, tunnels, pens, flooring etc before each new furry client arrives. Cleaning pens happens daily with fresh litter and hay and general pen clean.
Incredible hay. We use lovely green oaten hay sourced locally and always fresh straight from the bale. Do not be surprised if your bunnies end up addicted to our awesome hay...
All the supplies are on us. We provide the indoor space, supervised outdoor time (optional), clean towels, litterboxes (ranging in sizes), litter, oaten hay, Vetafarm/Burgess/Oxbow or Science Selective pellets with The Unusual Pet Vet chaff mix available, a variety of fresh vegetables and fruit – some we grow in our veggie patch! Our furry guests are also treated to Smooshie Face Treats too during their stay - usually 3.30pm treat time! Smooshie Face Treats are a locally owned and operated business who are dedicated to offering pocket pets amazing homemade, artisan treats full of all the goodness and no nasty fillers! We love them so much we are now a stockiest of Smooshie Face Treats!
Everything your bunny could possibly need, we have! If you have special food or supplies, we are happy to use those too - just let us know!
Lots of love. Unlike other boarding facilities, we DO NOT charge for hugs. They are FREE and let me assure you, there will be plenty of them! Your bunnies are guaranteed to get ALOT of attention and interaction with us whilst they are here on holidays.
Grooming; We can give your bunny the royal treatment at The Retreat Spa! Mani/Pedi’s and an exceptionally good deshedding brush are available - $30 per rabbit.
We provide all the supplies for your bunny, but it is important that you bring a few things with you when you bring your bunny or piggy to board:
A familiar towel or blanket or pillow with their 'home scent' on it. Home scents are very soothing for bunnies
Favorite toys. If your bun is attached to a toy, bring it with you!
Any special foods. We provide high quality food for all our bunnies, but if your bunny is on a special diet, you should bring it with you.
Any special instructions. Let us know if there are any special requirements your rabbit needs i.e. medications, special diet, different hay, water bowl or bottle, if there are certain vegies that do not agree with your bunny’s gut etc.
Any medications. Do not worry, we have experience with bunny medications and will certainly give them to your bunny as prescribed. No, we do not charge for administering any medications, all we ask is there is clear instructions from your Vet!

Rabbit nail clipping/Grooming: $30 per rabbit (Optional)
