Yesterday, I shared a photo of one of the smallest monitor species in the world. Today, I’m excited to showcase my favorite Antaresia species, which also happens to be the smallest python species in the world: The Pygmy Python (Antaresia perthensis). This underrated species is a pleasure to keep, and I can’t imagine ever growing tired of them! 🐍

These hatchlings boast a deep dark chocolate color, which is expected to evolve into a striking tri-color pattern as they grow. They are already feeding well on pinkie/fuzzy mice.

To reserve one, full payment is required before pickup next week. Each python comes with a bonus of 10 pinkie mice.

Additionally, I can assist with setup advice; these young snakes require hatching tub setups and cannot be placed directly into large enclosures. Proof of a suitable setup must be shown prior to pickup.

EOI - I’m considering selling a bank of 2 of these Aluminium Reptile enclosures that I got custom made.
Single enclosure dimensions:
900L x 600D x 1100H
These enclosures are awesome especially for housing high humidity reptiles. I have successfully housed and bred Frilled Neck Lizards in these enclosures for many years.

They are made out of aluminium that has been bent, tack welded, powder-coated Black and then sealed with silicone.
4mm thick Glass on hinged doors that also lock closed. They have been setup with bioactive bottoms which have drainage & a substrate layer.

Each enclosure comes with the following heating & Lighting:
