Just a reminder to all our regular clients that we are booking up for the rest of 2024 and beginning of 2025.

To ensure you have an appointment for your pets we recommend booking your next few grooming appointments in advance to avoid disappointment.

In summer we end up with a VERY long cancellation list. So don’t be that client requesting a last minute appointment only to be let down when we tell you we have an 8 week wait 😵

- And your preferred booking date.

Please note, we are only able to accommodate new clients who can commit to a 6-8 week maximum grooming schedule. 🗓️✂️

For our EXISTING CLIENTS, we kindly ask that you pre-book your appointments to secure your preferred time, as our availability may be limited while we welcome new clients. Thank you for your understanding and continued support! 💖

With summer fast approaching, our December and January appointments are quickly filling up.

To avoid disappointment and make sure your pup is looking their best for Christmas, please book in advance.

Once we are booked up, we will NOT be taking any additional bookings. We will have a wait list that you can request to be added to, but please don’t rely on it because we don’t get many cancellations that time of year!

Just a friendly reminder to make sure you have your pets grooming appointments for the warmer months booked in.

We are already booking up for December and January and once these appointments are booked up we WILL NOT be opening on additional days or squeezing people in to accommodate. Just remember, we also need our days off to enjoy the summer and recharge our batteries ☀️🥰

CANCELATION POLICY

If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, we require atleast 8 business hours notice to fill your appointment. If less than 8 business hours notice is given for a cancellation or change of appointment, this will incur a late cancellation fee of 50% of the booked service which must be paid before rebooking your next appointment.

Our schedule is set in advance and a last minute cancellation means another client potentially misses the opportunity to have that appointment and a loss in revenue to a small business.

We are striving to continually bring you a service that is a Cut Above and appreciate your support and understanding in having to implement this policy. 🐾
