hat will my dog do at day care? We provide several activities throughout the day to keep your dog occupied including sand pits for digging, shell pools for splashing, bubbles/ balls for chasing, rope toys for tugging and tunnels to play hide and seek in. If your dog is feeling tired and is ready for a nap we supply plenty of warm, comfy beds and couches for snoozing. How many days can my dog attend day care? Regular attendance (at least once a week) at K9to 5 will help your dog feel secure and relaxed.Dogs thrive on routine however we do not recommend more than three days a week as dogs can become over tired and it over stimulated towards the end of their day care week. Are there separate areas for big and small dogs? K9to5 is not like a kennel and is cage free which means your dog has the opportunity to interact with other dogs in a natural environment. We endeavour to group the dogs in suitable groups depending on their energy levels and temperament. How will my dog be kept cool in summer and warm in winter ? We cater for all weather conditions. We have reverse cycle air conditioning. The staff ensure that our shell pools are continuously filled with water. We also have adequate shade with outdoors umbrellas and trees. At K9to5 we like to spend quality time with the dogs and provide constant supervision, so it is very important for you to make an appointment with one of our friendly staff regarding enrolments. Appointment times are Monday – Friday between 5.30pm to 6.00pm. During this time you will have the opportunity to view our facilities & bring your dog in so they can familiarise themselves with day care before their trial day. If you have any questions we are happy to answer them for you at this time.

Our August Dog of the Month goes to the very sweet and thoughtful girl Ren.
From the moment this girl comes into daycare, she will put a smile on everyone's faces. She greets everyone with the sweetest embrace and then lays on her back for a much- loved tummy tickle. Once she has said hello to all the hoomans she will then let her fur friends know she is ready for play by doing a few zoomies Ren is very respectful in her play too being gentle with her small fur friends. Ren is a girl's girl and has her besties; Frankie and Pippa, they all love to hang out catching up on the week. Ren is very much a water baby and just loves it when the sun is out, making water play SO much fun. She will chase the hose, jump in the pool, and go through the sprinklers Ren you are an all-round good girl and you are loved very much
