Matted Dogs
We want every groom to be an enjoyable experience for your pet. If your dog is heavily matted, the safest and most comfortable option for your pet may be for us to help you start again by clipping their coat short. Pets with matted or dense coats may have sensitive skin, grass seeds, an abscess, hot spots, skin infections or sores, which only become visible after removing excess coat. We will let you know if we identify any of these conditions. Additional charges apply for matted coats.
