The West Australian Poultry Association held their first WA State Championship Show in over 20 years at the Claremont Showground earlier this month, where more than 750 top quality WA birds were on display under the eyes of 4 interstate judges.

This cosy 1-bedroom Tradical® H**pcrete studio was built using the cast-in-situ method, where the h**pcrete mix is poured in between the timber frame and temporary formwork before getting lightly tamped. For an extra touch, the h**pcrete in all the internal corners was formed with a fillet, so they were able to apply the lime render with a curved radius on all internal and external corners.

The tenants of this studio in Fernleigh, NSW noted that this is the first house in Australia that they have been warm in during winter!

Check out this h**pcrete prefabricated house built by Chanvre & bois in France, a carpentry company that has incorporated h**pcrete solutions and natural dry insulators in its product offerings.

To improve comfort while working, the design for the construction of this house was completed in the form of wall modules. This process allowed for the drying to take place in the workshop, with assembly upon delivery on site.

The interior and exterior finishes are applied with Tradical® Lime Renders.

Result: A 140m2 timber framed Tradical® H**pcrete house!
