Happy Vet Nurse Day to our superstar team at Riseley Veterinary Centre 🐾
Our Vet nurses are the heart and hands of the hospital, providing care to every patient that comes through our doors. They wear many hats from preparing patients for surgery, monitoring anesthesia, maintaining clinic standards and providing important TLC for patients during their stay. Their expertise ensures the well-being of your furry and feathered family members.
Today, we celebrate their hard work, dedication, and the vital role they play in our patients lives. Tegan, Jodie, Amy, Tim, Natalie and Mariana. Thank you for everything you do! ❤️

Baby Update 🤗
Amy and Tom welcomed their little baby boy Charlie to the world in January. He has been an absolute joy (most of the time 😂) and despite his resting grump face we are sure he is a happy boy. Amy is very much looking forward to returning to Riseley Vet early June ❤️❤️

G'day Folks
As we all know the cost of living keeps going up :-(
We have endeavoured to absorb as many price increases from our suppliers as we can, but unfortunately we are now having to increase the cost of both our food and medication in the upcoming weeks.
As always we aim to provide the very best service we can at a competitive rate, and we thank you for your understanding.

RISELEY VETERINARY CENTRE was first established in 1985 by Dr Ray Butler at 789 Canning Hwy Applecross. After 24 years providing professional, friendly and the very best in personalised care to many pets in the surrounding community and beyond, Dr Ian Mcdowell took over as Principal Veterinarian in 2009.
A Perth local, Dr Ian McDowell has lived and worked in the area since childhood, graduating from Murdoch University with a Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine in 1993 and after a few years away gaining valuable skills and experience as a veterinary surgeon in the UK returned to Perth to continue working in his local area.
In 2011, Dr Ian McDowell along with Dr Ray Butler and the Riseley Vet Nursing team moved to a brand new, purpose-built clinic in Hulme Court, Myaree. Where there is plenty of hassle-free parking, a lot less traffic gridlock and improved facilities for your pets. Dr Peter Brigg joined the team in July 2013, Dr Lucy Rose in June 2017 and more recently Dr Matthew Tan.
Riseley Veterinary Centre and our passionate pet care professionals strive to provide a high standard of friendly and personalised veterinary care to all pets including dogs, cats, birds of all shapes and sizes, rabbits, guinea pigs, rats, mice, ferrets, other exotic pets and wildlife.
