Last part of our multipart series of poodle maintenance is to wrap and band all of that hair up!
I like to wrap the rest of Danni’s topknot from neck down and his ears while the rest gets banded. Everybody will have their own way of wrapping and banding but this is what I like doing and it’s also just the most practical way for our lifestyle with a one year old toddler 🤣
Banding is meant to be done everyday but finding the time to even do this once a week is already a mission.
We band and wrap poodles because
1) So they can SEE! 🤣 this is the most important bit when you have 7”+ of hair!
2) It helps with the matting and breakage.
3) Keeps it clean and free from dirt/debris. Especially when he goes in and out of the salon.
