Chicky nuggies 🐔

These three were kindly donated by the Locke View Poultry Zoo to assist in my studying 🥹

I decided to keep them together after the skinning process and have them presented belly down, so we can feel how soft their little feathers are 🪶

I'm not going to lie, I spent a lot of time laughing at his little finger... 😂🐭

Purple Swamp Hen 🪶

After a large fire come through at my local lake, all creatures fled the area.

Unfortunately this guy was attacked by something much bigger and was on the side of the road.
I drove back down that way an hour later and he was still there so I decided to swoop in and take him home.

He is incredibly soft and his colours are truly spectacular in person 🥰

Following the process of wing preservation from an acclaimed Taxidermist was both admiring and educational 🥰
