Finally getting some beautiful grass for our garden. Made sure one of our kits kept a close eye on Micheal from Diamond landscaping and designing . So far the lawn has passed the "Taste Test", the "Zoomies Test", and the "Flop Test" from Little Bird the bunny.

Please message if you would like to enquire about purchasing Little Bird or one of her siblings. At 8 and a half weeks she is ready for her 'fur'ever home.

These 2 are ready now . But can be held until Christmas Eve! πŸŽ…πŸŽ„πŸŽπŸ‡πŸ‡πŸŽπŸ˜Š

Both the Tan and Chocolate Seal Point bunny, and the White Seal Point bun are Bucks. And would happily stay together if you'd like to buy two, although not necessary. πŸ‡πŸ‡

$180 each or both for $330

They love to zoom around and body slam each other like they're playing WWF. The Tan bun is a little Houdini at times. And the white insists on either sitting right under your neck, or with his face covered so he feels safe. Both floofs are starting to be litter trained, and no longer p*e or p**p in their bed. πŸ₯³ Neither bite, and are used to children, as I have an energetic 4 year old who handles them. Plus i also take them to my daughters nursery, so they are handles by other children and adults, and are used to different noises and smells. πŸ˜πŸ‡πŸ‡

I also warn if i have a timid bunny, as housing must be suitable for all my buns, and i have seen bunnies get depressed when they feel unsafe or overwhelmed.

Both parents are beautiful, and very placid buns, so there is no doubt the babies will be gorgeous and well tempered as adults. They'd also make good breeding bucks as they have Seal Point and Harlequin genes.

These floofy bundles will come wormed and with feed and a small bit of the used (but clean) bedding, so they recognise a familiar smell in their new home. They "binky" and "zoom" all round the house, and haven't chewed any wires or furniture, so safe to play or live indoors. I test all my buns, and ALWAYS inform new owners if a bun is a chewer, as this could put the bun at risk of electrocution. 😟

All buns come with instructions and cute Adoption Certificates if they are gifts (or if you'd just like one). The certificate contains the names of both parents, the buns date of birth, and adoption date, and name of the new parent. A space if left to fill in the bunny's new name. 😊

Only to loving homes, these bunnies have been well loved since birth. And its important this continues. I am not an ordinary breeder just looking for fast profit. This is why my bunnies are so good being handled, as many breeders just keep them caged.

Luckily Apache is a very attentive Mummy. This is her third litter, and all were healthy.

As there are so many I've been manual latching each of the kits, once a day, to ensure all get a good feed as a couple tend to miss out when there are so many.

It comes with great sadness to say that our 4 beautiful babies buns all succumbed to the dreaded Calicivirus over the past 24 hours. Kiowa was distraught at suddenly losing all her babies.

Please change all bedding and disinfect cages when any rabbit shows sign of the Calicivurus. This virus is fatal almost 100% off the time and will quickly spread from rabbit to rabbit, especially babies.

Wash hands before and after handling any bunnies or their bedding to reduce contamination.

Meal prepping for my bunnies. I've three days of veggies for 3 x adult buns, old baby buns (9 weeks- 16 weeks) and Marmalade, our 7 week old potato of a bun. As well as their fresh veggies, they also have a mixture of dry rabbit food each evening, and of course their weight in dry hay and dry straw. 😊 🐰🐰🐰 🐰🐰🐰 🐰

πŸ”ΉοΈBroccoli leaves/stalks*β™‘
πŸ”ΉοΈ3 large cabbage leaves ripped in half.

DAY 3:

πŸ”ΉοΈCauliflower leaves/stalks*β™‘
πŸ”ΉοΈBroccoli leaves/stalks*β™‘
πŸ”ΉοΈBaby Spinach*β™‘β™‘

*Rabbits shouldn't eat Iceberg lettuce everyday as they contain lactucarium, which can be harmful in large quantities. I usually allows half a large leaf per rabbit, every second or third day.

**Not all rabbits like bananas. I usually allow one a week, and not all the banana gets eaten. Bananas, Apples, Pears, Red Berries, and Carrots, are all high in sugar, so don't over feed these to your bun. However it is a great way to add some variety for them.

*** Romaine lettuce is good for your bun, and most rabbits love it. The darker the leaves, the healthier is will be.

*β™‘ The fiber and vitamins in Cauliflower and Broccoli make them an excellent choice to add to your pet rabbit's diet. Rabbits can eat the stalks, leaves and florets of cauliflower, although you might find they prefer one bit over another.

*β™‘β™‘ I feed Spinach 2-3 times a week, or every other week. Spinach is low in sugar, and high in nutrients. However spinach should be fed in moderation. Because it also contains calcium oxalate, a mineral compound that can irritate your buns tummy, and interfere with their absorption of minerals.

8 Reasons For Getting an Emotional Support Rabbit

1. RABBITS ARE LOVING AND GENTLE CREATURES.
Ask anyone who has ever owned a rabbit, and they will tell you that these adorably fuzzy potatoes are gentle, affectionate, and docile by nature. Rabbits bond quickly with their owners, and their loving, caring nature makes them an ideal Emotional Support Animal. Rabbits that have bonded strongly with their owners can recognize them by their voice and will even learn to come when their name is called. 🐰

Rabbits love to cuddle and be handled. They are very social and having another rabbit is great to keep them from getting depressed or stressed.

2. SHH! BUNNIES ARE QUIET.

Does the thought of a noisy dog or cat make you shy away from the idea of having an emotional support pet? If so, a rabbit may be a good alternative. Bunnies are extremely quiet, and they are well-suited to apartment living. You’ll never have to worry about a noisy rabbit keeping your neighbors up at night, and the few squeaks they do make are SERIOUSLY adorable. 😍

3. THEY DON'T REQUIRE A LOT OF SPACE.

A larger animal may require a large backyard, or indoor space to roam, but a rabbit just needs a relatively small space. Caging a rabbit constantly, is not recommended, but you can use an unlocked/open cage as a litter box and a feeding area.

If you want to let your bun indoors, be sure to rabbit-proof your home (hide and make unaccessible any exposed wires or cables) or even make a single room a bunny-friendly zone. Also, unlike other small emotional support animals – like rats or mice – you won’t have to worry about your rabbit going missing if it’s allowed to roam around your home.

4. RABBITS DON’T NEED TO GO FOR WALKS.

Also ideal for apartment dwellers is the fact that rabbits don’t need to be taken for walks. I've been know to put a leash on one of my buns and take them out with me where appropriate (although they are not an E.S.A for me). Make sure your rabbit has at least a few hours every day to play, explore, and stretch his/her legs, and they will be perfectly happy.

5. TRAINING IS A BREEZE.

Rabbits are surprisingly easy to train. Like cats, they instinctively know to use a litter box if one is placed in their living area, in the same place each time.

Bunnies respond well to positive reinforcement training and quickly learn to come when called and perform tricks. Provide carrots or chunks of banana or apple, and you’ll be able to train your rabbit in no time.

6. RABBITS ARE FULL OF PERSONALITY.

One of the great things about animals is their ability to make us smile and cheer us up when we are feeling down. They can also help relieve our stress and provide the love and companionship we crave. Rabbits have fun, unique personalities that make them perfect emotional support animals.

They are also undeniably adorable. Is there anything cuter than a fluffy bunny with floppy ears and a twitching nose? For people who struggle with mental or emotional disorders or abilities, all that cuteness can go a long way toward making them feel better.

Rabbits may not be the first species you think of when you are considering an Emotional Support Animal, but they are perfectly suited to their job. These easy-to-care-for, low-maintenance pets are ideal for apartment dwellers and anyone else who is looking for a cuddly companion that doesn’t require a lot of space. Just give your bunny lots of love and treats, and you’ll have a very happy companion

*All photos are with in the past week.

So this little rascal is needing his forever home. He's 15 weeks, and despite being "smol" hes already showing signs that he is ready to breed some beautiful harlequin and magpie babies.

When held he's happy snuggled under his human's chin. He also LOVES the ladies, so definitely would be a happy breeding Buck. lol.

He could be great as a single indoor bunny as he's old enough that I've already litter trained him for you (no stinky p*eing on your things lol).

Neutered he could be with a Doe or Buck, and be quite happy in or outside. He does show plenty of attitude towards Bucks when Does are around because, despite still being a baby, he tries his best to show off to my other Bucks lol.

Photos show his Mum and Dad, so you can see what kind of kits he'd be able to create. He'd go really well with a Chinchila, Vienna, Seal Point, or Harlequin Doe, for the perfect cute little kits.

He's been a Mummies boy since he was a few weeks old, choosing me over all family and friends, so be prepared for Little Bird to pick a firm favourite for cuddles after a few weeks. To be honest, it's probably just because l'm the one who feeds him twice a day, and catches the toe-rag him for snuggles lol.

He's loves his zoomies around the house, and loves his outdoor run and hutch, so he can happily live outside, and only come in for evening cuddles.

As I've said, he is litter trained, and will be litter trained for all wet p**ps, p*e, and some dry p**ps, when you take him home. But he will likely leave dry p**ps in various areas for the first week or so. This is first and foremost, to mark his territory and help him feel at home in a strange environment. Secondly it's also so he can find his way in the dark. Rabbits can't see in the dark (who knew!), so rely on this method, as well as running their chins on everything. Rabbits aren't great users of lights switches so he won't understand that you won't leave him to fend for himself in the dark.

Little Bird loves cuddles by adults and older children, snuggled up under your chin, or under your hoodie or blanket, so his head feels snuggled and safe.

He is okay with my 4 year old, but he will lightly nip her if she annoys him by screaming or being too rough. Which is why I've said older children (he'd be suitable for ages 7 and up).

He's from wonderful Harlequin parents, so will make gorgeous babies, if you wish to breed. Message for a view, or for more info.
