✨ A gentle reminder: our 24-hour notice policy isn’t about being mean and strict, it’s about being fair. As a solo-run salon, every no-show or late cancellation is a direct loss, and repeated losses put small businesses like mine at risk of closing our doors.

For the level of experience, attention to detail, and years I’ve put into this profession, I’m still one of the cheapest groomers in the area. After overheads, I earn less than minimum wage. Every appointment is carefully set up so I earn just enough to keep going, which is why this policy matters so much.

I always send out reminders 24 hours ahead, so if you know you can’t make it, please let me know. Your support keeps my doors open and your pups looking their best. 💕🐾
