What a difference 12mths make.
This is all thanks to the hard work of Norm Golding, Brian Lubbock and Iain McIntosh. These guys have spent many hours/days of their own time to improve the condition of the ground and continue to work on it each week. This is greatly appreciated.
There have also been a couple of busy bees that a number of members have helped at to keep the ground tidy, thankyou.

Microchip company data may have been hacked!

There are reports of emails being sent to owners throughout Australia asking them to pay to renew their pets microchip.

The emails look very real as they have all the information listed on your pets microchip ie. pet name, breed, colour, owner name, number, address, email and phone.

Microchips have a lifelong registration with the microchipping companies. Please spread the word to your friends and family not to click on the links for renewal or share any card/bank details!

Khiva Sofiana Alford, one of our young members (13yrs) has her own business making dried dog treats. Part of the profits she has made she has already donated to our club.
Khiva will be selling her treats at the club this Wednesday night so lets get behind her and support her business.

Safe / Unsafe foods for dogs.

Many foods are counted as toxic foods for dogs. You have no idea how serious harm they can cause. Common foods that we at every day can be poisonous to dogs.

🐝🐝🐝🐝BUSY BEE SATURDAY 7TH DEC 🐝🐝🐝🐝

We had a marvellous turn out this morning for the Busy Bee.
Thanks to the hard work of people who came and volunteered their time this morning, the leaf litter has been removed from the roof of the clubhouse and sheds and gutters cleaned.
So much leaf litter was cleaned out from behind the club house that 5 to 6 trailers loads plus multiple garden bags were dumped on the bonfire pile.
Dominic Auguste arrived with trailer in tow full of equipment, and proceeded to work at the speed of Flash Gordan and the stamina of Superman. 🦸‍♂️
Natalie Humphries provided a scrumptious morning tea. The scones, jam and cream were very much appreciated and devoured by the workers.
A huge thanks and appreciation to Sarah Gorman, Angela and Gavin McShane, Peter Nguyen, Bruce Mentz, Norm Golding, Iain McIntosh, Robyn and Kevin Knuckey, Natalie Humphries, Dominic Auguste and Tracy Roberts. Without each and every one of you the job could not have been achieved. Thank you also to those that would have come but couldn’t, due to previous commitments.

Occasionally some of our breeders take back dogs that require rehoming - often not their fault maybe the owners are moving overseas or a change in the family dynamic. If you are interested please send a message with your details such as what area do you live in, do you have children, (ages) do you intend training, experience with large dogs etc so they can try to match you to a dog. Margaret Adams Editor [email protected] and I will pass them on to breeders as dogs come available.
