This gorgeous little American Staffy puppy popped by for a visit, and we just had to share her adorable face with you all. Isn’t she just the most photogenic pup you’ve ever seen? 🥰 Those puppy dog eyes could melt the iciest of hearts!

The tale of lucky Clover 🍀 and the bees 🐝

This brave little pup, presented to us on Monday evening after having a very unlucky run in with a HIVE of bees. 🍯

On presentation she was having quite a bad reaction to all the bee venom, and we were luckily able to administer medication quickly.
It was all hands on deck whilst we searched her entire body to remove between 50-60 stings! (Swipe to see just over half of what we found!)

We’re so happy to report that lucky little Clover 🍀, has made a full recovery and is back to her bouncy self.

🌟 Meet Luna, our fierce little superstar! 🌟

This girl had major surgery —and here she is, grinning like she’s just won the lottery (or a really big treat jar). She’s feeling so good, in fact, that it’s a struggle to keep her on bedrest. Luna’s ready to get back to living her best life, and she’s not letting a little thing like surgery slow her down! 😆💪

Here’s to Luna’s unstoppable spirit! Let’s show her some love and send all the “stay calm” vibes we can—she’s going to need them! 😉

This December, give your furry friend their big holiday moment! Join us on December 7th for Santa Paws photos, where your pets can have a memorable 10-minute session with the big guy himself. No reindeer required—just bring your pet, your holiday spirit, and maybe a few treats as bribes for that perfect photo!

In honor of the season (and charity!), each session is $25, and every dollar goes to a good cause. Book in early, though—spots fill faster than a cat finding the only sunny spot in the house.

Meet Gino, our 77-kilo bundle of love and confidence! He might be on the larger than life side, but he’s got every reason to strut—because here at North Perth Vet, we love all animal's no matter if they are big, small, fluffy, or sleek, all pets deserve to feel healthy, happy, and loved (and maybe demand a little extra lap space, right, Gino?).

Meet Lily, the most gentle of souls.
This gorgeous 12 year old girl underwent major surgery last week with Dr Lucy to remove her really large spleen which had tripled in size to about the size of a volleyball (weighing in at 3kg).

Lily’s owners noticed her swollen abdomen recently, so she had some X-rays and an ultrasound which were suggestive of a malignant tumour.

The surgery was challenging and complex and required all hands on deck, literally (thanks to nurses Sarah M for scrubbing in and Shaniah for monitoring her anaesthetic).

Her results are back from the lab and Dr Lucy was over the moon to report that it has come back benign, despite the spleen’s concerning appearance.

Without surgery, Lily was a ticking time bomb for a life-threatening bleed, as well as being really uncomfortable.

Lily is doing really well now during her recovery and we are all overjoyed by such a positive result. 🐾 🩺

🐾 Meet our newest little animal lover, Baby Oscar just 9 days old, already dressed to impress in the cutest paw print onesie and mittens! 😍👶 Alongside Oscar are two proud fur siblings, Narla the Rottweiler and Cooper the Bichon Frise, keeping a close watch on their newest family member. 🐶🐾

Our incredible nurse Shaniah takes her job very seriously, but sometimes we all need to take a moment to relax and enjoy the playful side of what we do 🐾💛. While providing the best care for our patients is always our top priority, it's important to remember the joy and love that animals bring into our lives.

🐾 Meet Florence, our adorable British Bulldog puppy who’s still growing into her big personality... and her teeth! 😆🦷 Just look at those tiny baby teeth peeking out from her bottom lip—she’s working on her “tough bulldog” look, but right now, she’s more cute than fierce!

🎉 Happy 21st Birthday, Khamun! 🎉

Today we’re celebrating a very special milestone for our beloved Khamun, who has reached an incredible 21 years! This sweet feline has brought so much joy and love to everyone who knows her. 💖
