With Perth's history of extreme Summer heat, here are some signs of heat stroke in dogs that you should be aware of:
🐾 heavy panting and excessive drooling
🐾 vomiting
🐾 signs of confusion and dizziness
🐾 staggering or collapsing

Those most at risk include short-nosed breeds (Pugs, Bulldogs, Frenchies), long-haired breeds, puppies, & senior dogs.
If you ever suspect your dog is suffering from heat stroke, take them to the vet ASAP!
