Equine MRI
It’s been a busy few weeks here at West Coast Vets with both the Nuclear Scintigraphy and MRI units being run as the preferred choice of gold standard diagnostic option by many equine owners. Seen here is the MRI in action taking a full series of images of the fetlock. This is our third MRI in the last 5 days, in which is outlining a diagnosis but also giving owners answers and plans moving forward depending on each case!
“Meet Goldy Horn” a 6- month old pigmy goat that broke her leg! Dr. Maxwell and Dr. Gavin repaired her leg successfully using a bone plate and screws. Have a look at the video to see how this repair happens! #veterinary #veterinarymedicine #vetsurgeon #westcoastvets #goatsofinstagram
