Kinglake Raspberries

I will have raspberry plants for sale over the next 5 or 6 weeks, there are 3 varieties to choose from.
Willamette - main crop in the summer with a smaller 'tip crop' in the autumn.
Nootka - main crop in the summer and a 'tip crop' in the autumn (generally a bit better than the Willamette autumn crop).
Heritage - main crop in the autumn with a small summer crop.
Let me know what you're after. Plants are $5.50/ea (1 to 9), $50/bunch of 10.

The Autumn Season that wasn't!
Flowering for the autumn crop started late and has been haphazard with only a few producing berries and never enough to open for picking. I am now closed until the start of the summer season in December.
I will start digging canes for sale towards the end of June.

Blueberries Galore!! Give Higham Blueberries - Kinglake a call and book your spot for this weekend.

We will be open from Australia Day through to and including Sunday 28 th January. If you would like to pick on any of those days please either comment or DM which day and how many people you would like to bring. We open at 9 am and close at 5 pm or when the last customer leaves. Price for u-pick is $18 per kg. There is plenty of ripe fruit ready to pick.

The season is just about over, if you're just after a day out with the children and not worried if you don't pick many. Then it is still worth the trip. If you're hoping to pick a kg or more it might be better to wait for the next season.

A more than 1kg haul picked this morning. There are berries to pick you just have to walk and wander, get down low and search the bushes.

First pickers for the day, spent an hour or 2 and went home with a pretty good haul for the end of the season.

The season is trickling along and there are lovely berries out there waiting to be picked. You will have to wander and forage for your berries but even an inexperienced picker should be able to get a half a kg in an hour or so.

The crop is in its final week and after some extensive picking over the weekend there are no longer lots to pick. If you are looking for a day out and not fussed if you don't get many berries its worth it. If you're hoping to pick a kg or more its not.
