Thank you to everyone who stopped in to have a look at the Art and Photography display / competition yesterday at the Pingelly FAM Festival. It really was heartwarming to see all of the entries and so many up and coming creatives in our local area. We really do have a lot of talent in our community.

Also a big thank you to the sponsors of my first and second prize, Pingelly Hotel and Ellenby Tree Farm. Thank you to the Shire of Pingelly and Arts Narrogin for holding such a great event. Here is hoping it will be the first of many. Its so good to see Music and Art being celebrated in our community.

To all the people who passed on their kind words yesterday, it was greatly appreciated and means the world to me, Thank you!

Be sure to come and visit Pingelly this weekend for the first ever FAM festival (flowers, art and music). The main street has been transformed into a bright and vibrant scene. Some of my prints will be on display in the old courthouse.

It’s going to be a very busy weekend with nearly 200 caravans rolling into town for the weekend.

There is also the Esperance and districts working sheep dog state championships happening as well if you are keen for a look.

As the sunset it began to cast a beautiful warm orange glow of stunning light over the paddocks in the distance. This created the perfect backdrop for Morsels portrait.

As a photographer, moments like these are truly what I live for. Capturing the beauty of nature and the joy of our furry friends is a gift that I'm so grateful for.

Three times the fun with these handsome furry amigos!

Here is another photo from the session that I had with Peter and Natalie's wonderful tribe of dogs. The three big boys were so well behaved and knew how to turn it on for the camera.

I am really looking forward to the second session with this lot.

I just wanted to start off your week on a positive note by sharing a photo of Tippy that I have recently been working on. I love to bring an element of art into some of my dog portraits just to add a little extra "something something".

Hey everyone! I just wanted to take a moment to talk about the importance of dog photography, especially as our furry friends age.

As dog owners, we all know how quickly time flies by and how precious every moment is with our pups. That's why capturing these moments through photography is so important. Not only does it give us something to look back on and cherish, but it also allows us to share these memories with others.

But as our dogs age, the importance of photography becomes even more significant. Just like humans, our dogs grow older and their appearances change. They may develop gray hair, lose their sight or hearing, or experience other health issues. As painful as it can be to watch our furry friends age, capturing their changing appearance through photography can be a way to honor them and celebrate their lives.

So I encourage you to take the time to capture those special moments with your furry friends. You never know when those memories will become even more precious. Let's celebrate our furry friends and all the joy they bring to our lives! Photography packages available soon.
