I have had a few people let me know that my booking website has had problems with cancelation and rescheduling appointments
I do apologise and it is all fix now
So if you need to cancel any further appointments you can now do so online again.

I would like to wish everyone a Happy New Year and welcome you all back for another Year of Grooming

the salon is now back open as normal - Monday - Thursday 8am -4pm opening times.
I have now opened up the calendar until the end of October this year, so feel free to book ahead.

please remember that there is limited spots so if you cant make an appointment please let me know so someone else can take that spot.
just a little reminder - going into the new year I will not be personally reminding clients of their appointments ,
you will still receive a text reminder from website 48 hrs prior to your booked appointment - these reminder go out at 8am daily

You will not receive a second reminder from me this year.

your appointment WILL be cancelled if you can not reply to your reminder by 4pm the day it is sent out ( not the next day )

I look forward to see all my regular clients and New client that have joined the furkidz grooming family with online bookings.

The year 2024 is now concluded, and Furkidz grooming is officially closed for the Christmas holiday. We will reopen in the new year. I wish all my valued clients a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. Thank you for your kindness and support throughout the year. I look forward to seeing you all again next year.

Welcome Bootz to the furkidz grooming family
You will see him regularly in the salon in 2025
But for now, he has the same rules as new clients
Not until he is fully vaccinated can he socialise with all Kaprices friends

The holiday grooming rush concludes next week. My appointment schedule is completely full; therefore, any cancellations must be made this weekend to allow me to accommodate clients on the waiting list.

To maintain an efficient workflow, please arrive punctually for your scheduled appointments. If you arrive early, please place your pet in a designated pen either inside the Salon or in the courtyard kennel.

Furkidz Grooming will be closed for the Christmas holiday from December 20th to January 6th.

Everyone said I should hire an assistant 🤷‍♀️
So I thought I'd give it a go
I welcomed Kaylee ( my granddaughter)

I was told how to groom and told there isn't enough room for us both to bath 🤦‍♀️
so I stepped aside

But she worked hard clean between clients, taking each dog to the toilet and grabing things when I needed them and she didn't give up all day. Until the clean up 😂

I was very proud 👏 I may ask her back next week.

I'm in the Christmas giving mood. so I have opened up my calendar for 2025 up until July now, I will open the rest of the year after the holidays, so get in quick these spot get snapped up quickly .

A friendly reminder that Furkidz Grooming will be closed for Christmas in just 5 weeks.

If you have not yet secured an appointment, unfortunately, we will be unable to accommodate your pet.

Furthermore, if you have an existing appointment and fail to confirm it by replying "YES" to the reminder sent on the day of your appointment, your pet will not be groomed before Christmas.

To avoid disappointment and ensure your pet is pampered before Christmas, kindly follow these steps:

1. Ensure you have a confirmed appointment with FurKidz Grooming.
2. Confirm your appointment reminder by replying "YES" to hold your spot on the day it is sent (before 4 PM).
3. Arrive punctually for your scheduled appointment. A 15-minute grace period is allowed; however, arriving later may result in cancellation, leaving you with an unkempt pet.
4. Collect your pet, settle the payment, and enjoy a joyous Christmas.

Please note that failure to confirm your appointment will result in the cancellation of your pet's grooming session.

We have a substantial waiting list, so if you need to cancel, please inform us promptly to allow others to secure an appointment.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to pampering your furry friend and ensuring they look their best this festive season.

Attention Clients

I wanted to kindly remind you that I have been receiving a significant number of confirmation replies on the day of appointments or not at all, with some clients simply showing up without prior notice.

Moving forward, if I do not receive a confirmation from the website or yourself for your appointment, I will regrettably have to cancel it.

Please note that reminder text messages are sent out 48 hours before your scheduled appointment, giving you 24 hours to respond. This allows me sufficient time to fill your spot if needed.
