Christmas is just around the corner, and for most of us, it's the most wonderful time of the year. However, for rescue organizations, this time of year is also one of the busiest. Just five days ago, three little dogs were abandoned in cages in our town. A kind resident brought them to the vet, where they were taken care of. These three dogs are now looking for new homes, and foster parents will care for them until then.
There are countless volunteers who take in and care for animals, others who drive to pick up dogs and cats and take them where they need to go, and even veterinarians who volunteer for surgeries. Despite all these amazing people, these organizations still need donations and rely on external help.
I personally foster dogs, but not everyone has the time to do this, but if you like to contribute in helping animals please every dollar counts. Let's support these organizations and make a difference this holiday season! 🐾🎅🏼.

I have a friend in Germany who is a dog sitter. You wouldn't believe it, but all the dogs she cares for live in apartments! However, they actually spend more time outside exercising than a dog with a backyard in Australia. Can you imagine that?

I love how in Germany, you can bring your furry friends everywhere with you. All signs are catered towards humans, recognizing that we are the ones who need to be mindful, not the dogs.
