Tomorrow we farewell the amazing Buzz as he takes his maiden voyage around Australia! Thursday will be his last day in-clinic for a whole year 😲

He's been our captain for the past 15 years and we're sad to see him go, but rest assured he'll be in town for another few weeks before he heads on his next adventure!

We can't wait to hear all about his travels when he returns 💖

We are looking for an experienced veterinarian to join our small animal practice at Pomona and become part of the team. The current weekly arrangements are 3 ½ consecutive days on and 3 ½ consecutive days off, but this is flexible to suit the right candidate.

Found yesterday afternoon along Jampot Creek Road (Cooran end). Both are microchipped however their details are not up to date. If you have any further information, please contact us on 54850088.

Running low on food or medications? Please refill any scripts or pick up food today if you are running low in case of supply chain issues. Remember that even if we are not affected, supplier warehouses in Brisbane and further South may have problems getting to our clinic.

Don't forget to stock up on storm phobia medications if you have an anxious pooch 🐾

The microchip registry "HomeSafe ID" is closing down. We are yet to receive information on when the website will stop being accessible. You will need to register your pet with the AAR using a physical paper form, this cannot be done online.

Our practice has been established on the Sunshine Coast, in the beautiful Noosa Hinterland, for fifteen years, servicing the clientele of Pomona and surrounds.

We are a part of the community and value our clients and their pets as our friends and family. We have similarly strong relationships within our practice, and our very experienced staff swear it is the best surgery they have ever worked in! After ten years with the same two experienced veterinarians, one of our vets is leaving to travel, creating a vacancy for a very special small animal veterinarian to take his place. The two veterinarians are supported by a staff of eleven, who are highly-skilled, emotionally intelligent and empowered to excel in their roles. This allows the veterinarians to be strategic in their treatment and case management and focus on their reason for being. The veterinarians are also supported in their practice by regular visits from an advanced veterinary surgeon for complex orthopaedic cases and a mobile sonographer.

We have all the expected medical and surgical facilities, digital x-ray, iM3 dental suite and full in-house laboratory and pathology. However, what sets us apart is our community, our exceptional team and our commitment to well-being and lifestyle.

About You

We are looking for an experienced veterinarian who can assimilate seamlessly into our practice, take over the caseload with professionalism, and quickly become part of our team. The current weekly arrangements are 3 ½ consecutive days on and 3 ½ consecutive days off. You will be:

Delivering outstanding and personal veterinary care to our clients and patients
Treating and managing interesting medical and surgical cases
Contributing to and leading a highly experienced and devoted team
Empowering our exceptional nursing team to work to their highest level of capability

Who doesn't love kittens!? 🐱

These two little 10 week old girls will be ready for their new homes shortly. They will be desexed, vaccinated, microchipped, flea treated, and wormed ready to go.

The white girl is cuddly and outgoing while the tabby is more reserved but loves a good play.

Their adoption fee is $350 🐾 to arrange a meet and greet please give the clinic a call on 5485 0088 or send us a message.
