****IMPORTANT CHANGES TO ANIMALS COMING INTO BOARDING KENNELS****

ADDITIONAL MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
All animals must be Vaccinated before entering the boarding Kennels, if not vaccinated the owner must be present for the vaccination

Any animal that has not been seen by a Veterinarian six months prior to boarding is required to have a vet check before booking for boarding. If Redgum Vet & Pet Boarding are not your usual Vet Clinic previous history must be provided before entering the boarding clinic.

All animals that are on medication not prescribed by a Veterinarian at Redgum Vet & Pet Boarding must provide full Veterinarian history form pervious Vet Clinic prior to boarding.

All animals that are 10 years of age and above require a fit to board certificate from a Veterinarian and will need to be done within 2 weeks of the arrival date for boarding. The certificate must be provided to Redgum Vet & Pet Boarding prior to entering the boarding Kennels. This can be done by your normal Veterinarian.

****IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT****

To our Valued Redgum clients,

2025 is here!

New Year's often begin with resolutions, and these resolutions often bring with them new plans, ideas and a degree of change.

This can be true of us individually, and also organisationally.
And so it is for Redgum. 2025 brings with it change; positive and exciting change.

Dr Roger and Louise have sold Redgum, with the new owners taking over on January 23rd 2025.

It’s very important to Roger and Louise that you know the new ownership will not result in big changes at Redgum.

In fact, the transition will be quite smooth, with the new owners being Steve Castle (current Practice Manager) and Dr. Ale Montoya. Dr. Ale is well known at Redgum as she has locumed here many times over the past 2 years. She has always loved the Redgum practice and clients, so the opportunity to move into a partnership with Steve made perfect sense for them both.

And also for you, the client! This will retain the same level of service and care that you have come to know from Redgum.

Dr. Roger will remain involved at Redgum for quite a while, so he can retain contact with the clients who have been such a big part of his life for such a long time - 40 years in fact!

Dr Roger and Louise, wish Steve and Dr. Ale a seamless and smooth transition to ownership and every continued success in the future, as they maintain and uphold the positive and caring Redgum attitude, spirit and character.

Dr Roger thanks you for your loyalty and for allowing him to care for your beloved animals over the past 40 years.
