Starting Monday, we’ll be temporarily closing our books for new clients. We’ve been overwhelmed with calls, messages, and the lovely influx of new clients, and we want to make sure we can continue to provide the best possible service to our loyal customers. To do this, we’re prioritizing appointments for those who have booked with us in the last 3 months.

Our online booking system will also be closed for now, and we appreciate your understanding during this time. Please know this decision isn’t made lightly—we truly want to give every customer the personal, positive experience they deserve, and with the current demand, we want to ensure we’re able to focus on each and every one of you.

We hope you had a wonderful holiday season and are as excited for the new year as we are! As we enter 2025, we want to take a moment to express our gratitude for your continued support and trust in our services.

To help ensure a smooth and efficient experience for everyone, we’ve updated our Service Agreement, which we kindly ask all clients to review and sign before your next appointment with us. This has been sent to you today.

What’s Changing? ✨
While we are NOT increasing our prices this year, we are being more strict with our cancellation and no-show policy. These adjustments are necessary to ensure that we can continue providing the highest level of service to all of our valued clients. As a small business, we must protect our time and resources, so we ask for your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these guidelines.

Please take the time to carefully read through the entire agreement, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need clarification. Your support helps us maintain the quality and consistency you’ve come to expect from us.
