We hope you were met with an everlasting amount of tuna and creamy treats, sunshiny days, and baby plovers 🌞

You have left a giant hole in our lives & hearts, but we know you’ll be looking down on us, keeping us in line 🐈‍⬛

Another milestone at East Port Vets 🥳

Congratulations to Jazz, who celebrated her 10 year work anniversary on Friday ❤️

Jazz is an absolute rockstar when it comes to most things her role entails! We are incredibly lucky to have her as part of our team!

Jazz wears many hats around the halls at East Port! Jazz is a massive support to our veterinary team, and our nursing team and is always ready to run the day, to keep everyone on track!! Her knowledge is second to none!

Jazz's various other roles in our industry outside East Port Vets, ensure that we always have the best learning opportunities, and we are grateful for her gentle pushes!

Jazz can be heard often around the hospital with her big laugh!

HAPPY 1ST BIRTHDAY RIVER 🥳💙🥳

River hangs out with the East Port team at least twice a week, as a result of an accident a couple of months ago. He requires regular wound care appointments and is our most frequent flyer 🫶
Despite this, he is the most patient, beautiful boy, although a little cheeky!

River had his first laser treatment with Dr Isabel today to aid his recovery!

His mum made sure we were included in his birthday celebrations today! Thanks so much Lauren!! We appreciate it!

Last week we celebrated Dr Michaella Griffin, who has achieved 15 years of service at East Port Veterinary Hospital ❤

Having taken some time off to enjoy her maternity leave stints, it's always a pleasure when she returns to work!

Michaella is here two mornings a week, and she sure fits a lot into those days! Her commitment to building relationships with her clients is second to none, and her thorough manner in which she operates, is appreciated by all!

Congratulations Karina on your 5 year work anniversary at East Port Veterinary Hospital❤️

Karina joined the East Port team after working in human pathology and a previous veterinary nursing role elsewhere. She had also notched up a Vet Tech degree at University before coming to join our team!

Karina made short work in her endeavour to learn new skills, and her penchant for studying is amazing! Given her background, she is definitely the pathology guru, and has taught many skills to others over the past 5 years! 🌟

Which is so bittersweet, as Karina will be leaving us in the new year, to chase a new adventure in a different role in the veterinary industry. We wish her the best of luck with the move to the big smoke, and we'll miss having you as part of the East Port familyl 😘❤️

HAPPY 20TH BIRTHDAY TO THE “OG” - EDDIE SPAGHETTI 💙

Every time this guy completes another lap around the sun, we have to convince some of you that he is the original gangster! THE “Eddie”.
While he is a fair bit slower than he was in his younger years, he still enjoys lazing in the sun, loves his creamy treats, and he will absolutely still bop a dog on the nose if they get too close! He sleeps more these days, and is more tolerant of snuggles.
Today, we celebrated with birthday lunch and cake, and Eddie hoovered his favourite Sardines! 😍
We may not have him forever, but we’re grateful every day that he’s still with us 💙
