All blokes are welcome to join the men at Self Seen- Bonny Hills Blokes Community for a chat, walk and coffee. Meeting at 9am for a walk, the lads are back by around 9:30 so if a walks not your thing feel free to drop by a bit later, the group will be at Rainbow Beach Reserve until 11am.

Tomorrow from 9am Self Seen- Bonny Hills Blokes Community. First Thursday of each month(weather permitting ) will hold a Free BBQ for the men to enjoy, all bloke are encouraged to get along. Gotta say it was not the best start to the day, this beast gave us a massive fright with a seizure and legs like jelly. Vet thinks it was shock likely induced by an insect sting. She's all good now thank goodness and we finally got out for a walk late in the day.
