Happy Monday friends!

We hope you’re all enjoying some of the last of the beautiful weather before we head towards winter 🌞 😎

We’ve been busily working on our dehydrated dog food recipes over at rollo HQ - some exciting things to come in the not too distant future!! 🐶

We’ve been learning a lot about how to make an extremely nutritious and tasty food for our best four legged friends. Our chief taste tester Humphrey has been LOVING it (best job ever).

Is anyone else’s doggo OBSESSED with their soft toys and teddies??!! 🐻

Humphrey loves his collection and has just gotten old enough to learn not to pull out the stuffing within 5 minutes of receiving a new toy! (He’s 5 years old... labs take a long time to grow up ok?! 😉)

We’ve been a little quiet on here for the last 4 weeks... and this is the reason why!! 👰‍♀️ 🤵‍♂️

Two of our founders Darcy and Red got married last weekend. Of course Will was one of Red’s groomsmen and Humphrey made the most beautiful bridesmaid 💐

We had an absolutely amazing weekend filled with love and shared with all our closest family and friends 💕

We’re getting back on track to bring you some exciting new developments with our dehydrated dog food soon so watch this space! 👀

Guys!!! Exciting news!!! 🎉 🥳

We are launching our Rollo dog food recipes SOON. This is such an exciting time for us... we have been working really hard researching and developing this over the last 6 months to bring something new to the world of dog food. 🐶

We are rethinking the way that our dogs are fed. Our team are passionate about nutrition and finding a healthier, more natural and tailored approach to standard processed dog food.

We have developed dehydrated meals (just add water and mix!) because this method doesn’t damage the nutrients in the food and means that we can use purely whole foods while still being accessible and convenient to the majority of dog owners out there!

We are looking for some doggos to taste test our food and give us some feedback! 😋

It’s getting HOT out here! 🔥 It’s really starting to heat up in Aus so here are a few tips for keeping your doggos cool over summer 💦

👉 H20 is king 👑 make sure to provide multiple containers of fresh, cool water - this includes bringing plenty of water when going out on walks or to the beach

👉 Hang in the shade 🌳 Make sure your pup has a shady area to relax in or bring them indoors. As a general rule: If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for them!

👉 Go for a dip 💦 A kids clam shell pool filled with cool water is a great place for dogs to cool off and splash around

👉 Pupsicles! 🍦 dogs love a cool treat too - make use of icy dog-friendly treats such as frozen yoghurt mixed with fruit

👉 Avoid walking in the heat of the day ☀️ early morning and later in the evening are best

Fruit can serve as an amazing healthy snack for our doggos. Many fruits are rich in essential vitamins and can be a fun healthy alternative to use for training treats or as meal toppers, adding a bit of colour to your pups meal! 🍎🍌🍓🍊

But not all fruits are healthy for dogs, some like grapes and cherries need to be avoided all together. It’s best to be informed before sharing a fruit salad with your furry bestie! dog🐶👯
