Old man Ollie had a clip today to help relieve him in this hot weather ☀️. Ollie has Cushings, and as you can see his coat was quite long. A full clip and he’s looking 10 years younger! 🦄

Spike had his yearly clip today ready for pony camp. We’ve had very warm days and he just wasn’t coping.

Big day clipping horses in Kurri Kurri today 🚗

Whiskey is strutting a full clip with a half face, and despite not being washed (that was my fault for not reminding his owner - whoopsie!) his clip has turned out pretty good (please do wash your horses thoroughly before a clip tho, my clippers and blades will thank you).

I’m looking at venturing back down that way on the 21st/22nd of September so if you’re in Singleton/Kurri Kurri/Maitland area please don’t hesitate to contact me to avoiding missing out! 🦄

How adorable is little Johnny?! 😍
He was such a professional for his first clip and is now all set for summer. He had a long (2 inch) thick coat, was really itchy and not coping with the warm weather - now he is all set!

Stockhorse, Boots, had his first clip today. He had a very long coat on him that was probably slowing him down from catching cows 🐮 now he’s looking very smart for the next campdraft.

When clipping horses I come across some pretty cool things, but Basil’s wavy coat pattern definitely tops it!

The another week, I ventured to Armidale to give Fontie a full clip. He was VERY hairy but stood like a perfect gentleman for his clip - I swear he didn’t move a muscle!

If you need your horse clipped before the shows start again, get in quick to avoid missing out!

Clipping day for stockhorse, Ozzie, who is a gorgeous burnt buckskin.

Ozzie had a very thick, long coat and had suspected cushings. He’ll be feeling much better now that his thick coat is gone and he is ready to tackle the warmer weather.
