Don't forget these guys are out and about. Here is one we pulled off a dog in clinic. The ticks are highly toxic and prevention costs less then treatment.
Please make sure your pets are covered for tick prevention. If you have a dog there is now a yearly injection available. Ask in clinic for above if you need help choosing a product

Who doesn't love puppy cuddles first thing in the morning??
These fluffy heart stealers visited us for their first vaccination and microchip today. Lots of cuddles and kisses were given. All so very sweet and playful, and all looking for their forever homes.😍

These cuties are Lucy and Ash. They are so photogenic we had to add them to our page. They visited us for a teeth cleaning. Now they have pearly whites and minty breath!

The snakes are out and about now the weather has warmed up.
If you think it is possible that your pet has been bitten by a snake, or has any of the following signs
Visible puncture wounds
Swelling or bruising around the bite
Sudden weakness and collapse
Shaking and trembling
Excessive drooling
Blood in the urine
Please rush them into the clinic. Time to treatment is important.

This gorgeous boy is Flynn. He came in for a dental and needed some fear free comfort. He is modelling a thunder shirt. We use these in hospital regularly, sprayed with the DAP pheromone with great success.
He is such a sweet boy!

Tick season is in full swing! Here is an example of why you should have your cats and dogs on prevention, within this circle you can see a paralysis tick on this blue tongue lizard! Blue tongue lizards are not affected by paralysis ticks as they are native.
If you have blue tongue lizards around your area you should protect your pets with prevention.

This gorgeous boy is Binx. He started the day loving us and looking happy to visit us. Unfortunately, after his castration he decided that he was less than impressed with us and his whole expression changed🤣
