Our last scan before our little Christmas break, a tricky little mare but we were so pleased to send our client the happy news that her mare was in foal after 3 years of trying with other stallions. Metallic you are the man 😅

Happy 30th birthday to my amazing old mate Jats Bar Rivoli Whisper. What an incredible journey we have had. You are certainly past your hay days but have left me with so many amazing memories and a legacy to go on with. My 2 best broodmares are out of you and my awesome go to horse is out of you also. I won my first ever open campdraft on you and you were the very first horse I bred, broke in, trained and campaigned. You are a superstar in my eyes.
And special thanks to David and Sue Wilson for their help in getting her initially, plus all the support and help given to me.
We have had a couple of scares where I thought I was going to lose you but have managed to somehow pull you through.
Love you to eternity old girl I know our time is limited but will make every moment count ❤️❤️❤️

Unfortunately we have postponed our Confidence/Horsemanship Clinic which was to be held this weekend due to the weather forecast. Will let everyone know when we set a new date.

Still catching up, lol.
On the 16/17th November we held our cattle clinic. I still really don't know how we got away with it 😳. No rain predicted for the weekend but the Thursday rain and the Friday night downpour had me pulling my hair out, lol.
Cattle already in the yard and we decided to push through. The ground wasn't 100% but safe enough for what we were doing and dried out heaps for running outside on the Sunday.
Thankyou to everyone that stuck with me we ended up having an absolute amazing weekend.
As always there is heaps of people to thank,my amazing mother Ann Goodall who does such an amazing job keeping everyone fed. Our cattle donor Steve Watkins is always happy to help and son Henry who carted them for me.
Dwight Gall for the always amazing hay and to the Barraba Showground Committee for the use of their facilities.
And an extra special thanks to the cow whisperer Angus Anderson who did an absolute amazing job putting cattle in for everyone aswell as the numerous other jobs he helped with.

A big month for sponsorships for us, we also sponsored a trophy rug to the winner of the Juvenile Campdraft at our local Barraba draft.

Soooo much to catch up on lately. We sponsored the Northern Branch ASH show in a couple of disciplines. Hugest congratulations to Kimberley Campbell and her home bred mare Rockgedgiel Pippet on taking out the Champion Led 3yo. She had a pretty good weekend in other events aswell.

Just a heads up for everyone wanting to breed to Metallic this year. We are overwhelmed with the amount of mares he has received this year and couldn't be happier with the quality of mares coming in.
We will be away from the 22nd December till the 4th January. So Metallic will be unavailable between these times. And we would appreciate if no outside mares are here at this time.
We have my uncle looking after the place while we are away, but he isn't a horse person. Everything will get fed and looked after , but that is all we are asking.
Metallic will be available apart from this time till the end of January.

Tracrossy Chief has been sold. Thankyou Hunter Branch and RM Property and Livestock for putting on their online sale and the support we have received before, during and after the sale.
Chief leaves for his new home on Monday 🥰.

TRACROSSY CHIEF HSH, Lot 12 in the Hunter Branch online sale through stocklive, sale started this morning at 9am and finishes at 12pm on Thursday.
Better late than never they always say. We were washed out last week for photos and this week we had the thousands of flies 🤦‍♀️, but we have some photos of Chief, he was such a little champion to put up with what he did today.
And hugest thanks to my 12yo son William for taking the photos.
Chief is so trainable, athletic and wants to please you. His pedigree speaks for itself.

My sincerest apologies had great plans of getting some photos of Tracrossy Chief this week, but the weather has had other ideas.
He is Lot 12 in the Hunter Branch online sale starting next week. 2yo gelding unbroken, but heaps of talent, combines 2 of the greatest mares in their era Hazelwood Romance and Glen Lee Rivoli Donna. He is very trainable and will excel in campdrafting and challenges. Will try and get some more photos and videos over the weekend. He is a pretty nice horse.
