Some of you might remember my Bertie Beetle 🥰After giving everyone a foot spa on Friday, Mr. Beetle came to check on me whilst resting in the paddock, and chose to hang out with me rather than eat with his friends. He absolutely has me wrapped around his little toe. I think he's too big to take on farms now as it might scare the kids, but he's just so sweet - do you think he should make a reappearance at some bigger farms soon?!
(Regardless he will live happily ever after babysitting the younguns at home!)

We're still away (currently holed up in William Creek with a broken Axel 🤦🏼‍♀️) but with all the drama I'm missing on TV, I don't think Farmer Wants a Wife, Farmer just wants some cute animals to cuddle!
Farmer Tom dropped by a recent farm and he couldn't have been a nicer bloke!

We're taking a week to go explore our beautiful outback, please bare with us regarding email and phone inquiries as reception may be limited. Don't worry we have some wonderful people looking after the farm and all the babies!

Throw back to when we'd organised a night away, with a beautiful friend looking after the babies and the farm, but got a call on the way to camp about an orphan that needed help - Wombat came camping with us and loved it!

There's been so much horrible news lately with wars, stabbing and violence, and it makes me love my animals even more. They don't care what race, gender or even species you are, they don't care about religion or political preferences, all they care about is how they are treated. If they are shown love, safety and trust they return it. It's so pure, and as humans we need to do better. Bunnies and guinea pigs giving a beautiful demonstration of this over the weekend 🥰 I think everyone needs an animal at least once in their life to experience this unconditional love, to learn empathy, respect and responsibility for another life!

Double the trouble! 😵‍💫
Perfect evening for a run with Lachie teaching newborn Muffin how to stretch those long legs.
Muffin had a pretty rough start after being abandoned, but some amazing samaritans observed her and after 8 hours with no mum or mob returning and eagles closing in, scooped her up to safety ❤️ you'll start seeing best friends Lachie and Muffin out on farms soon!

All set up ready for a spectacular day at the Tylden Primary School Fair! Looking for some fun a short drive from Melbourne or near Kyneton? Happy Friday! We're gearing up for another big weekend, starting with one of our favourite farms at an aged care home in Benalla today! This beautiful photo was taken at a recent aged care farm, with our beautiful little guinea pig contentedly sleeping and getting gentle pats from a resident for over an hour! Is that the life or what 🥰
Tomorrow we're at the Wakool sheep races so come on down for a hilariously fun evening, or for our southern friends we'll be back in the Beer Garden in Sunbury for all your sunday funday needs!

There's a bit of river water around 😬 but thankfully it's only in a the front paddocks, the irrigation channels are keeping it away from the house and the babies are all high and dry on the other side of the property. It's back to business as usual for the farm and we can't wait to see you all this weekend! (Also makes for some very pretty photos 😍)
