Another amazing day at the Rockhampton Jockey Club with their annual Dashy Dash Cup.

Our stable star Kabana defended her title from last year going back to back. We were also able to trifector the race with Maverick and Winx running 2nd and 3rd.

🌟 STARSONIC 🌟.....The war horse wins again.

After jumping well, but not taking up his customary front running role. Sonic camped on the back of a very fast tempo and showed us the old boy can win from behind, an amazingly well judged ride from Nikki Olzard peeled him out at the top of the straight and went on to win in a Firm Track record time.

He has now won 12 races including 10 wins for our stable. Every race he puts in 100% and we just love being able to train such an amazing horse.

Another amazing result from our warhorse Starsonic. Taking out the Thangool cup.

After pinging out of the gates Brooke rated him to perfection out in front and gave them all something to chase, he fought on and just lasted lumping 60kg, 5kg+ more than the rest of the field.

He has proved himself again as a stable star and the combination with him and Brooke is remarkable 5 starts 4 wins, including 3 cups. Can't wait till his next start.

Its always special when you win a Maiden and Telmesomethin'girl broke her Maiden status well Yesterday in Thangool.

She has been a work in progress and we have tinkered with a few gear changes over her past couple of runs and she proved to her owners yesterday we have a nice horse going forward.

Thanks to Nikki Olzard for a great ride, even after the Horse done a few things wrong, Nikki was able to find a lovely spot just behind the leaders, find a gap at the top of the straight to hit the line hard to win by 1.5L

Starsonic takes out the Clermont Cup with another gem of a ride by Brooke Johnson. Brooke sprung Sonic from the gates, rated him perfect out front. At the final turn, when asked the boy let down and kicked away for a 2L win. That takes Brooke's record on the boy to 3/3 including 2 Cup victories. A huge thankyou to all our Team. These things can't happen without an amazing group of owners and amazing team backing us up day after day. (Please excuse the cheering, I may have been a little excited like always, 😁😁😁)

Big Rocket bounced out of the gates and fights all the way to break his Maiden in Townsville. Special thanks to all the connections for letting me take the time with this horse, he showed us plenty of fight and will only continue to improve.
