Is your pooch up to date with their heartworm prevention? Over the past year we have diagnosed 63 heartworm cases from Rockhampton and surrounding areas!

Spread via mosquitos, this parasite causes damage to the heart, lungs and associated blood vessels and can be deadly.

To help protect our precious pets against this disease which is so common now in our area, in November and December we are providing free heartworm tests for dogs that are not up to date with prevention and are wanting to move to 12 monthly Proheart injections.
