Today I feel like my heart has been torn out of my chest, beaten up, punched up, screwed up, torn up and shoved back into my chest again.
The heartache is beyond any words😢😢😢💔💔💔
One day I will be able to share the story of this beautiful little man “Glen” and the incredible journey of his life. All be it short, but he fought like the little champion he is.
Till then, it’s good bye little Glen, our golden child.
Rest easy baby boy, till mummy sees you again🙏🦘💜

Well I think we all deserve a happy ending to the little orphan Joey in Rosedale 🙏

The little orphan boy (who we have named Billy) has now been rescued and come into care.
This comes with many special thanks to
Lyn, who first called in the little orphan.
Bill and Hatty who continued to keep a watchful eye on the little one as he seeked shelter on their property.
My good friend Billy Dunlop who went above and beyond to ensure this little Joey arrived in our care.

Thank you to everyone in our Rosedale community who continued to reach out to us and searched their properties.
We feel blessed to be part of such a wonderful little town and you should all be feeling very proud of your efforts 😘🙏🦘

Little Billy is doing okay 😊 he is very thin, very dehydrated and extremely exhausted
He is now resting in a nice warm cozy pouch. We will continue to keep everyone updated on his progress

URGENT call out, there is a little orphan Joey in the local Boyd CRT area without his mumma roo.
He is far too small to be on his own, if you have property in this local area please could you assist us by searching your property 🙏🙏🙏

Caring for wildlife is a constant shift.
One moment, you're lost in despair, thinking you can't keep going.
The next, you're overwhelmed with joy, ready to take on the world.
It can change in minutes—utter exhaustion turning into a sudden spark.
Worn to the bone, then suddenly full of life.
Worry consumes you, sick to the stomach,
But then comes the thrill and pride when they grow, when they thrive,
When you see the sparkle in their eye.

The losses are devastating, beyond words.
But the joy... it's more than anyone can imagine.
Each life saved, each milestone reached, makes it all worth it.
This is why we do it. This is why we keep going.
