It is something we constantly educate customers on and fully support those who are unaware in encouraging the safe release of the animal close to where is was found only if uninjured and it is safe to do so 😉

Please know though, that once you are aware of this law, then it's your choice to keep them illegally 💯 and the responsibility is then completely on you.
We will not support anything to do with this, as it risks our business, our permit and goes against our obligations/values as reptile & wildlife lovers 👍

Please do not catch & keep any wildlife! If you find one injured, then please seek professional assistance from a trained wildlife rescue organisation, such as Fauna Rescue SA 😊

Afternoon all 👋
Due to a massive shortage of live food atm we only have a VERY small order supplied and it's on it's way up to you all today. Once it has been unpacked and quality checked we will be in contact via DM 📲

Unfortunately when a live food breeder closes it's doors the ripple effect is seen throughout many suppliers, such as ourselves. We have spoken with multiple store owners and the uncertainty of supply is currently being felt statewide, including our next closest supply, Port Augusta 🦗🪳🐛🪱

Luckily we have dealt with situations like this multiple times in the past and have managed well around it with the exceptional support from our partner store Pets Everywhere team in Adelaide, which we will endeavour to do so again 💪😉

What will need to happen (this run) is that we will contact our regular fortnightly customers first, as they all had their orders in and divide the tubs out accordingly (as we have done in the past, fairly).

Collections will ONLY occur once your order has been confirmed with me (Bec) via DM 📲 and will be over the weekend, being:

🐍 SATURDAY 🐍 11am - 2pm or by Appointment
🦂 SUNDAY 🦂 By Appointment
🐢 MON-FRI 🐢 After hours by Appointment
🐸 CONTACTLESS 🐸 Bank Transfer and collect from out the front by arrangement 📲

Payments can be made via:
🏦 Bank Transfer - prior to collection
💵 Cash - on pick up
💳 Card (square reader) - on pick up

Note: this run is a very limited supply, therefore due to this we have decided to do another order next week and if need be weekly until we can source our regular fortnightly order numbers again 👍

We have some important announcements to share with you all before we are back up and running tomorrow. Unfortunately some of these are totally out of our control and we thank you in advance for your understanding with this 👍

Over the Christmas/New Year break we received unexpected news that our live food supplier would no longer be producing tubs of crickets. This news was sudden, but the experienced team at Pets Everywhere acted quickly and secured a new live food supplier to ensure we all still have cricket supply 🙌 Phew!!! Thank you Amy 💪

However... due to this transition we’ve had to make a slight adjustment to our pricing, effective immediately cricket tubs will need to be changed from:

$10.50 per tub or 3 tubs for $30.00

TO

$12.50 per tub or 3 tubs for $36.00

Now for the more exciting part—you can now mix and match woodies and crickets! Woodies are now at a multi-buy discount 🤑🪳🦗🪳 Whether you’re after crickets, woodies, or a combination of both, all sizes are available at the same price ✅

Well we are back for a very quick visit and wow it was so good to catch up with some of you today/tonight and deliver some much needed supplies & a custom built vivarium for an upgrade!!! I even was given the opportunity to hold a gorgeous Antaresia, my absolute FAV of our Aussie Pythons 🤩🥰

Makes me realise just how much I've missed chatting with you all about your reptiles and assisting you with husbandry or feeding tips or tricks 🥹

We do ask that you please collect your order asap due to the heat, as all bugs will need fresh carrot/aqua load cubes more frequently over summer for hydration 🥵 But please be mindful of creating too much humidity in your tubs, as you do not want to kill your bugs!

We are trying to source these, if we gain enough interest (more than 2 tubz ordered), then we will look forward to bringing these back in in the New Year and will do them once a month only, due to short shelf life.
We would appreciate your feedback and expressions of interest to get this up and running so please let us know. We will be looking to also bring back the bags of dried BSF Larvae or dried Mealworms, as these are a great treat for your lizards, turtles, birds, chooks, ducks, etc 👍
