Rose is another unsung hero of cricklewood. Originally purchased as a teaching pony, we discovered many physical issues that had really affected her emotionally. She is now sound and in good health but has plainly said no more riding. Her new job in her twilight years is a nanny to the brood mares and auntie to the foals. It is a role she has revelled in and even her grumpy expression has softened.

The continued training of our ottb zsa zsa. Today she learnt how to step up on tyres and wait, from both left and right sides. This is a fantastic exercise for future float training.
She is also learning how to trot round circles on the lunge in a slow rhythm, and to walk over poles on the ground using a turn on the forehand in each direction to return.
As you can see from the pic, she is remaining calm at all times, which allows her brain to process and learn
