Willow Park Stud is a 630 acre boutique thoroughbred broodmare farm, located 10 minutes North of Scone in the famous Hunter Valley. Owned and operated by Glenn Burrows, Willow Park is the birth place of Australian Champion 3yo Filly, three time Gr1 winner, Samantha Miss. Other Gr1 winners born on the farm include Bounding (NZ Champion Sprinter), Bella Vella, Cosmic Endeavour and Road To Rock.

Lot 604 is by Newhaven Park's Xtravagant (NZ) out of Salutadeel (Dundeel), who is a full-sister to Waikato Stud's Caulfield Guineas winner and exciting young sire, Super Seth. 🦸🏽‍♂️

Lot 29 is by Godolphin's Palace Pier (GB) out of Aonair (Fastnet Rock), closely related to the superstar Champion 3YO Filly, Alinghi. 🤩

The ⭐️ of the show on day two for team Willow Park was lot 386, our Too Darn Hot (GB) c**t, who was sold to Dynamic Syndications, Dean Watt Bloodstock, Hong Kong Bloodstock and Ciaron Maher for $320,000. 🤝

We presented two lots on behalf of Parsons Creek today, an athletic filly by Arrowfield Stud's Maurice (JPN) who sold to Resolute Bloodstock and a strong Yarraman Park Stud Hellbent c**t sold to Prime Thoroughbreds. 💫

🚨 Another pedigree update for Magic Millions lot 386 (Too Darn Hot (GB) x Farlingaye c**t), as Oxbridge wins his first stakes race at Perth Racing Ascot!

Out of Farlingaye's half-sister, Colleges, Oxbridge is one of numerous horses to add updates to this page since the catalogue went to print, this is a hugely active family! 🐎

Our final yearling to go through the ring at Magic Millions is lot 585, an athletic c**t by Newgate Farm’s exhilarating sprinter Wild Ruler. ⚡️

This c**t is the first foal from three-time winner Lady Pavli Chenko (Shooting To Win), who is a three-quarter sister to Hong Kong Gr3 winner Mugen (Deep Field).

A pre-Christmas Listed winner, Wild Ruler trained on to win multiple Gr2 sprints at three, before stepping up to beat a hot field in the Gr1 Moir Stakes at four.

The updates have been rolling in since the catalogue went to print for lot 386, a c**t by sire of the moment, Darley's Too Darn Hot 🔥 (GB), out of Farlingaye.

Among recent updates to the pedigree page, this c**t is closely related to last night's HKJC Racing Sports Sha Tin winner Tourbillon Prince, who has added back-to-back wins since the catalogue went to print.

Too Darn Hot continues to build on his record breaking First Season Sire title 🏆 last season, leading the Second Season Sires list at present with 25 winners and six stakes winners already this season.

A great Sunday for WP graduates - three winners today! ✨✨✨

Following some impressive trial performances, Turf Fever dug deep in the closing stages to win on debut. 🙌🏼 Trained by Damien Lane Racing, Turf Fever (Cosmic Force x Written In Vain) was sold to his trainer for $44,000 at the Inglis HTBA Yearling Sale in 2023.

Next up, it was Secretdream in the winner's circle at Seymour for Cumani Racing, AUS, breaking her maiden at start three. 💃🏻 Out of a farm favourite in Secret Copy, Secretdream (Yes Yes Yes) was sold to Rolsworthy Pty for $110,000 at Inglis Classic. She has a full-brother in our 2025 Magic Millions Adelaide draft. 👀

Our biggest winning margin today was posted by the Pepper Racing trained Balmoral (Royal Meeting), who thrashed his rivals by 3.2L easing down at his fourth start. 💪🏼 The gorgeous Balmoral was sold through the same draft as Secretdream, making $60,000 to the bid of James Harron Bloodstock.

This filly is the fourth foal of six-time winner Egyptian Bullet, who was a Flemington winner and stakes placed at headquarters behind the superstar Nature Strip.

The only Gr1 winning son of Deep Field ☄️ at stud, Oakleigh Plate winner Portland Sky looks poised to continue the incredible legacy of colonial sires Northern Meteor and Encosta de Lago.

A sweetheart of a filly with looks to match, lot 325 at Magic Millions is from the first crop of Coolmore Australia's European Champion 2YO C**t, St Mark's Basilica (FR). ⛪️

The fourth foal from Grade 3 winner Diva Express (🇺🇸), this filly is a half-sister to two winners, including promising mare Zarkana (Trapeze Artist). This is a progressive family, with mares such as Diva Express' half-sister, Diva's Delight (USA), producing stakes winners in recent years.

A five-time Gr1 winner by 🇫🇷 star sire Siyouni (FR), the incredibly fast St Mark's Basilica was crowned European Champion 2YO, World Champion 3YO and Cartier Horse Of The Year.

She is a three-quarter sister by Arrowfield Stud's Maurice (JPN) to Triple Crown Syndications' speed machine, Mazu (Maurice), the winner of $8.4million to date. For good measure, Champion 2YO Filly Headway (Charge Forward) is another Gr1 winning sibling to this filly's dam. 🤤

Japanese Horse Of The Year himself, Maurice has produced six Gr1 winners worldwide, including Hitotsu and Mazu in Australia, and Admire Zoom (JPN) recently gave the sire his first 2YO top-level winner.

Three wins in a row for the seriously exciting mare, Samangu! 💫

Trained by Grahame Begg Racing, Samangu went straight to the front and stayed there, proving too strong for her rivals, taking out her second city win at Pakenham. 🙌🏼 With just four starts under her belt, the four-year-old mare just keeps improving.

By Widden Stud's Written By out of Estelle (Fastnet Rock), Samangu was sold to her trainer and Rohan Hughes at the 2022 Inglis Classic Yearling Sale for $200,000 and looks to have a big future ahead of her! 🤩
