Welcome to 2025 ⭐️ As the season ramps up I have just a few reminders ⭐️
Please book well in advance I am usually booked up 2 weeks in advance.
Just like you I balance many things in my life: my small business, massaging horses, my work as a palliative care nurse, having three horses in work as well as being a wife and mother.
Realign Equine is a thriving business with set appointment times each week. These times are often booked out in advance with regular loyal clients on a waitlist.
When clients cancel without notice its time and money wasted for my small business. I can’t move other clients into the slot at the last minute and I also loose an opportunity to get something ticked off on my ever growing to do list.
For these reasons Realign Equine will now be instituting a 48-hour cancellation policy.
If a client has to cancel less than 48-hours before a session they will be required to pay 50% of the session cost before another appointment can be made.
Before a session clients should ensure horses are tied up, dry, un-rugged and brushed. If it’s raining I will also need a dry place to work in. Likewise I will need a place out of the sun in summer. These details will allow me to spend more time with your horse during the session and for you to get maximum benefits.
Please also note that I require payment within 24hrs. As a small business owner I don’t have time to chase up payment.
