A wonderful example of how crate training can be a great experience for your dog. Ashleigh has worked very hard over the week to change Maple’s emotion when interacting with the crate.
Maple offered the behaviour herself and has even started relaxing when in the crate. What a great skill to develop!!
👏Well done to this pair for making it happen in a week! So much more progress to make but the change has been significant so far and is setting Maple up for success.
We’re always looking at ways to increase distraction levels in our training. Colette and Scooby demonstrating how to utilise the food bowl as a distraction.

Dana and Bailey showing off their skills after attending private lessons. On the second lesson Bailey didn’t have an understanding of the drop position and 24 hours later Dana has it on a verbal cue.
Absolute amazing work by Dana who is committed to improving Bailey’s obedience and she is seeing amazing results!
Bailey is a very smart boy who needed something to focus on. After a few adjustments in their daily life by incorporating enrichment, thoughtful training and appropriate play outlets, Bailey has settled into a new routine. He is feeling much more satisfied and fulfilled!

🤩 Puppy Socialisation and Exposure 🤩
This is a BIG concept during puppy development and is an ongoing aspect of training. Here you can see these puppies learning about tunnels, fake grass texture, ramps, step ups and rubber under foot. We are giving each puppy the confidence to approach an unusual item, surface or sound so they can be prepared for the world.
The exposure we do with our puppies is only limited by our imagination (and safety). What is the most unusual thing your dog has been exposed to and felt confident?
