We are a small, family owned and operated caravan park just 2.5 hours drive south of Sydney located on beautiful Cudmirrah Beach.

Pet friendly all year round. Surfside Cudmirrah Beach is a small family owned and operated holiday park located on beautiful Cudmirrah Beach. At times, Cudmirrah feels like a secret little hamlet that no one has ever heard of (it’s pronounced Cud-mee-rah). Located near the township of Sussex Inlet, right next door to Berrara and surrounded by Conjola National Park, visitors to Cudmirrah Beach are

spoilt for choice with many options for enjoying the outdoors. Cudmirrah Beach is ideal for long beach walks at any time of year, you can either walk north to Sussex Inlet (and take the dog who will love you for it) or south to Berrara then all the way to Bendalong if you are feeling adventurous! Options for enjoying the water and surrounding National Park are abundant:
-Swim in the ocean, lagoon, Swan Lake, Berrara Beach or Berrara Creek.
- Jump off Fisherman’s Rock.
- Surf the reef and Kirby’s beach break.
- Paddle board or kayak from the lagoon through to Swan Lake.
- Throw a fishing line in at the reef and catch a squid for dinner!
- Bushwalk or mountain bike through the many trails that Conjola -
National Park has to offer.
- Enjoy watching the wildlife – birds, kangaroos, possums and echidnas to name a few (it’s amazing what you notice when you take the time to do nothing and just look!)
- Explore the rock pools and fascinating marine life. Pet Friendly Beach Accommodation

Families (and their furry friends) have been holidaying here for years in their own on site vans, and we are now delighted to be able to offer a variety of accommodation options to the wider public. Choose from a deluxe cabin, a surfside caravan or camp in our spacious grounds. All accommodation is pet friendly, but please keep dogs on leads and ensure they aren’t disturbing other guests. The largest of our 3 refurbished caravans, Surfside caravan 1 comfortably sleeps up to 5 people (your 🐶 is welcome too!). A short stroll to the beach and with the other two caravans close by, it’s perfect for a family or friend group holiday.

Kids, adults and furry friends LOVE our unique caravans, the perfect way to experience affordable glamping… with the sound of the ocean as a backdrop 🌊🧡✨

☀️ SPRING SCHOOL HOLIDAY AVAILABILITY ☀️

We have a 3 night or 4 night stay available in our Surfside Cabin (sleeps 4) during the first week of the school holidays from Monday 30th of September, bring the kids, bring your pup and soak up the Spring sunshine.

The cabins feature two bedrooms, with a queen bed and two single beds that can be made up into a king bed at your request, and include amenities like aircon, a kitchen, full bathroom, Weber bbq and wifi. Each cabin also has a private courtyard with a warm outdoor shower, making it the perfect choice for a beachside stay 🏖️

We, here at Surfside Cudmirrah Beach, know that our pets are family which is why all of our accomodation is pet friendly all year round 🦮. Listed below are some things to do and places to go both local to us and slightly further afield where your four legged friends are as valued as they are here 💌

PSA: be sure to save this post for your next visit to us!

Locally - Cudmirrah Beach is dog friendly on leash at all times and Swan Lake is off leash at certain times 3pm-10am from May to September and 4pm-8am from October to April.

Some local venues that welcome your doggos are a short 10 minute walk and great for coffee or breaky with your pup, located at the Surf Club at Sussex Inlet Beach, great for a post walk/swim lunch and which is located on the river at Sussex Inlet where you can enjoy the outdoor section and even some live music for pups to get their groove on 🎵

Not far from Cudmirrah, Bendalong's Washerwoman Beach is off leash, Huskisson Beach and reserve has specific off-leash times as does Ulladulla Harbour Foreshore. The Shoalhaven Website also has a great list of dog friendly walks and locations.

Further afield and in Milton are both pet friendly outdoors as are .on.currambene and in Huskisson

All the more reason to take your dog on holiday!

🐚 Did you know that you can interact with these guys pretty much all year round? At Boat Harbour in Bendalong (a half an hour drive south from Cudmirrah) there are a group of Stingrays that nearly always feed close to shore. Boat Harbour Beach is also great in winter during a southerly as it is protected, giving you perfect access to that winter sunshine. Bring a picnic and grab a coffee on the way down from Bendalong Store and Cafe and make a day of it!
