Do you recognise this face? This cheeky dog scored a lift to Somersby Animal Hospital with some paramedics this afternoon. Found on Ainsley Street, Somersby.

You might not think it from this joey's adorable little face, but koalas can make some pretty terrifying sounds. In fact, a lot of the sounds that the T-Rex in Jurassic Park makes, are actually recorded koalas! 🦖

Photobiomodulation Therapy ☄️

Have you heard about laser therapy? It's a painless, non-invasive treatment that can be used to treat a variety of ailments.

In this case, Dr Kat used laser therapy to help treat a young wombat with a fractured femur. The bone was deemed to thin/fragile for a plate or pin to be used to surgically fix this fracture. In some cases this would mean potential euthanasia, but with just two weeks of laser therapy, the bone demonstrated significant healing! Two months later the bone was basically perfect and this little wombat has since gone on to be released 🥰
