🚨 URGENT🚨
Our friends at two local sanctuaries need our help to keep their residents safe and healthy through this extreme rain event that is unfolding in SEQ.

Happily Heifer After Sanctuary need to urgently relocate their residents to higher ground NOW before another expected 400mm of rain later today. They need help to cover the costs of emergency fencing & hay, as their reserve has been ruined due to flood water. If you are in the Sunshine Coast & can help with putting some fences up THIS AFTERNOON, please contact them urgently.

Farm Animal Rescue have just finished cleaning up after their sheep and goat barns were flooded last night. Please also follow their page for updates/call outs over the coming days, as much more rain is expected in the next 48hours.

Our sanctuaries do it tough at the best of times, please ensure you support them through these really tough times.

Sita and Kusha 6 months ago.

Kusha with mum Sita - both came to us back in June when they were not allowed to be sold at the sale yards because Sita was too emaciated. We received a call to advise of their state and asked if we would home them. Of course we said yes and here they are now 6 months later. Sita is still gaining weight but getting there. I will post before and after pics shortly 💖
