ORCHIDS... are the loveliest of gifts and to our surprise this spring summer all our orchid gifts decided to bloom. Here they are on the counter in our reception at Chicas Cattery

Fire controlled last night. All cats safely back to Chicas Cattery this morning and we settled them into their units. It was so funny to see their individual reactions, but the most common was "what the hell was all that about....where is breakfast?"
Again a huge thank you to Raylene and Dave for not only providing the use of their huge motor horse House Caravan thing which fitted all the cats in easily to driving us to and fro and for putting all our cats up in their own cattery at Bluice overnight. I cannot thank you enough.
And thanks to the firefighters without whom where would be

A million thanks to Raylene and David from Bluice Cattery in Canning Vale who are looking after all my borders overnight while the fire situation hopefully eases. There is still a fire alert for the Kennel zone in Southern River. We are hoping the wind keeps in our favour. If any of my clients are reading this please feel free to text or phone and I'll give you an update but your kitties are safe and sound

Just to say that we are in the middle of a fire alert prepared to evacuate every single boarding cat is in its own cage waiting on the veranda and we have a huge horse truck loan to us to drive away in . my own cats are also waiting in their cages I have lovely staff with me we are just waiting in case we get an order to evacuate and we can move quickly. The fire is still very close and the wind relatively light

HADES & HERA.
Hurrah to these magnificent Maine C***s.. Hades has been a FIFO guest at Chicas Cattery since Dec 2018 and Hera since 2021. Their humans, Heather and Brendan, are staying home for now.
Hades and Hera delighted in greeting and 'wowing' visitors showing off their style. They would meet us every morning for chats and cuddles. Well Hades would.cuddle, Hera would be ordering her breakfast. Here are just a few photos

The sweetest of all the constellation litter..born 27.11.23...this is Chicas Centaurus..most unlikely name for a gentle loving boy. He was the smallest of the litter and I held off sterilization till now. He has a big "All good" from Dr Louisa at Kuda veterinary. If you want lots of loving this is the little kitten for you. Last week won a prize at COAWA Show from Lesley Morgan...as a Lilac Based Caramel Silver Tabby Point Siamese kitten. Call Sue on 0409 082 395.
