Johnnie had his third halter and lead rope lesson tonight.

He is just like his big sister, a very quick learner and super eager.

Catching ✅
Putting a halter on ✅
Giving into pressure ✅
Walking along with scary human ✅
Lifting 2 legs without a fight ✅

Next challenge will be getting him used to us lifting his back legs. Considering how well he is doing with everything else, I doubt it’ll be much of a fight. We are so proud to raise such beautiful, quiet babies ❤️

Brandi had her second halter and lead rope lesson tonight. She’s is very smart and is very persistent and willing to take on any challenges we put her up to.

Kahlua and her baby decided they were ready and the little one made an entrance to the world 12 days early at 2:35am this morning.
She blessed us with a little filly. Which means Kahlua will no longer be having babies.
Mum and foal are both healthy, thanks to the Ballarat Equine Vets for coming to check on both of them this morning.
