Our first kittens of the season sold within 24hours and I couldn’t be more relieved that they are going to their loving, forever homes.

I don’t have words to express how grateful I am to my mentor for trusting me with her bloodlines, imported from all over the world and imparting her knowledge of this fabulous breed. I’m so blessed!!

Someone mentioned to me the other day that “if you’re buying a pet, bloodlines don’t matter” which made me think… Years and years of careful selection and pairing of mates goes into the kitten you receive today. This doesn’t happen overnight and is a huge responsibility on breeders to genetically source and test dna and compatibility whilst trying to improve the conformation of the cat.

Many of Belantine’s cats are imported, not only to introduce new bloodlines but to continue producing genuine British characteristics that are not always available in Australia. These cats go through rigorous testing and quarantine measures so we can assure these animals come with the best health *guarantee.

So although you may only be buying a pet, please understand that those titles, the characteristics and temperament come from years of hard work and expense!

Kitten 1. Male, blue bicolour. You will not find a sweeter natured, placid boy. He happily sits in your arms, loves to explore and play with his siblings.

Kitten 2. Female, blue. Incredibly sweet natured like her mum. Loves to cuddle up and play with her siblings but doesn’t mind entertaining herself. A beautiful fluffy, teddy bear appearance.

Our boy First Fleet Ratigan has had a very busy week!

We breed 100% Nigerian Dwarf goats, with all our goats coming from First Fleet. In 2014 First Fleet imported embryos and semen into Australia and continued to develop their bloodlines, focusing on conformation and dairy qualities (udder placement, connection and butter fat content).

These dairy goats have milk with the highest butter fat content, far superior to cattle and other goat breeds.

We’re looking forward to some more kids later this year!
