The safety and comfort of both the dogs and our team are our top priorities.
If we deem the temperature too high, we will take the following measures:

1. 🌅Early Appointments: When possible, we will start appointments as early in the day as possible to avoid peak heat hours.
2. 🗓️Rescheduling: If the temperature is too high, we will reschedule the remainder of the appointments for that day to ensure the well-being of the dogs and our staff.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Your pets' safety and comfort, as well as that of our team, are paramount to us.
