Alley Katz Australia®Org. is a volunteer driven, not for profit, cat welfare organisation. We rely wholly on donations to function. Alley Katz Australia Org.

We do not operate a shelter facility but utilise our own foster care network and accessible veterinary service providers. Without donations we cannot rescue cats. A cat's journey from rescue to adoption can cost AUD2000 approx. publishes the Katzbell Felis Catus Scientific Journal ISBN 978-164970683-6 Professional contributions/papers welcome.

Vets need to pay attention. Scan for microchips thoroughly. Microchips can migrate to another part of the animal .

Here we go again for 2024-25. A big thank you to the anonymous donor from Victoria who deposited $22,000 into our donation account last year. As a result we achieved great welfare outcomes for the street cats. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

The reality is we've all at some time seen unowned cats and kittens in our neighbourhood that live in colonies or in isolation and, despite all the efforts by councils to trap cats that are unowned and process them through the pound, none is more effective than the management a cat rescue group can....

$10 is all it takes to provide 14 unowned street cats a balanced nutritional meal (including fresh water) each night. We feed them at night so the birds don't take the food and the food stays fresh until the morning out of sun and rain.
