Just a reminder to get bookings in as early as you can. My year is booking up fast.
I have cut my hours to school hours and will be down to just myself grooming.
I also am no longer taking on large breed Dogs,clients with previous bookings will have been notified.
I will be closed most of the month of September as I will be over seas.

Between us there is , A professional Dog Grooming, two qualified veterinary nurses and three animal lovers of 30yrs experience. We are in this profession because we genuinely hold animals in a high regard and share a strong bond and empathy for them.
All of us take great care with your Dogs. Insinuating remarks of carelessness, lack of knowledge or unkindness to your pet will not be tolerated, it is disrespectful and hurtful.
Rudeness towards my staff will also not be tolerated.
If you’re not happy, politely discuss your concerns and we will see if there is a way to accommodate you.
I offer a service Yes! But this doesn’t mean I have to serve you. If you’re not happy please find a new Groomer.
To all my clients who are happy coming to us, you’re so appreciated and your pets are very much loved whilst they’re here, even the grumpy ones.

Next year is getting booked up very quickly, with a lot of clients choosing to book a year a head. Please do jump on line and get your preferred dates and times, or alternatively email or phone me and I can make the booking s for you.
